About Evolve and Grow CIC

At the heart of our work is a simple belief: everyone deserves the opportunity to feel supported, understood, and emotionally resourced, regardless of background, income, culture, or life circumstances.

We exist to respond to gaps in access — particularly for individuals and communities who may find traditional services difficult to reach or relate to. This might be because of cost, working patterns, cultural stigma, previous experiences, or simply not feeling seen or understood within mainstream systems.

Our purpose

Our purpose is to support people to evolve, grow, and thrive emotionally, both individually and collectively.

We do this by creating and delivering projects that are inclusive, responsive, and grounded in real-world experience.

Evolve and Grow CIC acts as the parent organisation for a range of wellbeing and therapeutic projects, each designed to meet people where they are, rather than expecting them to fit into a one-size-fits-all model.

Our work

We deliver our mission through practical, people-centred projects and partnerships. One of our key projects is Evolving Minds, which provides counselling, supervision, and training with a strong emphasis on accessibility, cultural sensitivity, and flexibility.
